I kept buying bottles that let me down.
Decent ones. The kind priced high enough that you assume they will be fine. They leaked, or they simply did not justify what I paid. After enough of them you stop blaming the bottle and start looking at whoever sold it to you.
We have been in this trade for 45 years.
My family has traded household plastic and steel goods for more than four decades. Bottles, containers, lunchboxes, kitchenware. We buy direct from manufacturers in bulk and supply across north, central and northeast India. In the last few years we have started manufacturing as well.
That is not a heritage story and we are not asking for credit for it. It matters for one practical reason. We know what each of these products should actually cost. We know which factory makes a lid that holds and which one makes a lid that fails in month two. And we buy without three distributor layers taking a cut before it reaches you.
We do not make these yet. We choose them.
Out of everything the market can give us, we list the few that are worth the money, and we describe them exactly as they are. If a product has a weakness, it is written on its own page under Straight up. Every listing gives you the total capacity and the capacity actually marked on the side, because those are usually different and most brands quote only the flattering one.
We will not call anything leak proof, because a lid holds only if you close it properly and carry it upright. We say leak resistant and we tell you how to close it.
What you are paying for.
The product, and getting it to your door. Not a logo, and not a markup for the privilege of a brand name. Some of what we sell is printed, some is plain, and the listing always tells you which.
Where this goes.
If this works, we start manufacturing these ourselves. Same products, fewer layers, better prices. That is the whole plan, and we would rather write it down now than pretend we invented everything from day one.
What we will not do.
- We will not accept a return because you changed your mind. Tell us within 3 days if something arrived defective or damaged and we replace it.
- We will not add a markup because a name is on the bottle.
- We will not publish a review we did not earn. When you see reviews here, they came from people who bought something.
