Before you buy

Are these leak proof?
No, and we will not claim it. A flip top holds when the lid is screwed on properly and the locking catch is engaged, and when the bottle travels upright. Thrown sideways into a bag with the catch open, any bottle at any price will leak. We say leak resistant, we tell you how to close it, and we would rather you knew before buying than after.

Do the bottles have branding printed on them?
Some do, some do not. Every listing states it under Specs as either plain or printed, so you know what arrives before you pay.

Which size should I get?
500 ml for a standard single serve. 700 ml if you want a full serve with room left to shake it properly. If you mix a double scoop or thick powders, go 700.

Can you see through them?
The Classic 700 and Edge 700 are translucent polycarbonate, so you can see the level without opening the lid. The Steel 700 is opaque, which is the trade for a bottle that never holds a smell.

Why does the marked capacity differ from the total capacity?
Because a bottle filled to the brim cannot be shaken. Where the two differ we state both, which most brands do not.

Ordering and delivery

How long will delivery take?
Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, delivered in 3 to 7 depending on your pin code. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Where do you ship?
Across India.

Do you charge for shipping?
Orders of ₹599 and above ship free. Below ₹599 there is a flat ₹50 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay. The reasoning is on the Shipping policy page.

Is Cash on Delivery available?
Check the payment options at checkout. What is available there is what we offer today.

Do you do bulk orders?
Yes, at real discounts rather than token ones. Gyms, offices, teams and gifting. Email us with quantities and we will come back with pricing.

If something is wrong

What is your return policy?
If a product arrives defective or damaged, tell us within 3 days of delivery and we replace it. We ask for an unboxing video showing our original packaging and the fault. We do not accept change of mind returns. Full detail on the Replacements and returns page.

Why do you need an unboxing video?
It is the fastest way to approve a replacement in a day instead of arguing for a week, and it protects both of us if a courier caused the damage.

Care

How do I stop a bottle smelling?
Rinse it straight after use. That is 90 percent of it, because protein left sitting is what causes the smell, not the bottle. For a deep clean, soak overnight in warm water with a spoon of baking soda, and store it with the lid off so the inside dries.

Are they dishwasher safe?
Where a product is dishwasher safe it says so under Specs. Top rack only, and avoid high heat drying cycles on plastic. Hand washing always extends the life of a bottle.

Can I put hot liquids in them?
Not in the plastic ones. The Steel 700 handles warm drinks, which is why it is the one we use for coffee.
