Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro pin codes are typically faster; remote and interior pin codes can take longer.
Shipping charges
Orders of ₹599 and above ship free anywhere in India. Orders below ₹599 carry a flat ₹50 delivery charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
We would rather state the number here than bury it. Courier and packing are a large share of a small order and do not shrink just because the product is cheap. Charging ₹50 on the small orders is what lets us carry the full cost on the larger ones instead of raising every price to hide it.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is handed to the courier. Tracking information can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to become active.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double check your address and phone number at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated failed delivery attempts may be re-shipped at an additional shipping charge.
Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier disruptions, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, email us and we will chase it with the courier on your behalf.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, email guzzlit.work@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item at no cost to you.
